Welcome to Balance Moves Pilates Studio
Located in the heart of Bondi Beach, in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney we specialise in private and group pilates, offering mat classes, intensive courses and private sessions for individuals, duos and trios. We are teach Barre classes using the BarreAttack method. BarreAttack was developed in Australia and is a fun fusion of Dance and Pilates, a great workout to get you toned and looking your very best.
The studio director, Renee Scott, began her career in a professional ballet background, and has been teaching the classical pilates method for over ten years. She is a 2nd generation pilates instructor and trained under Joseph Pilates? renowned disciple, Romana Kryzanowska, as well as Rael Iscowitz and Nora St. John. Renee is the founder of BarreAttack and offers teacher training for Instructors and studios looking to expand their offering.
Balance Moves was born from a desire to create a warm, community-based studio with a focus on quality education, individual attention and holistic wellbeing. All of our instructors are highly trained, and share a genuine passion for what they do. We also specialise in remedial massage. What makes us different, aside from our expert instructors and boutique classes, is how much we care. At Balance Moves, we really look after our clients and love being a part of their journey towards physical and emotional wellbeing. You?re not a number at our studio. We pride ourselves in getting to know our clients as individuals, who each have a very unique physicality and their own specific needs.
