Physio Fitness Sunshine Coast was first established in Maroochydore in 2002. Since then we have strived to provide quality, evidence-based treatments and services for all of our clients. Our services include physiotherapy, exercise physiology, clinical pilates, remedial massage and whole body vibration.
We treat all musculoskeletal conditions including back pain, sciatica, sports injuries, neck pain, headaches, whiplash, arthritis, men's and women's health and orthopaedic conditions. Our physiotherapists are trained in western acupuncture an dry needling techniques used for pain relief and reducing muscle spasm.
Our exercise physiologist provides individual assessments, classes and education for diabetic management, weight loss, aged care and pregnancy.
We have a fully equipped pilates studio which caters for all levels of fitness and rehabilitation. Our qualified instructor offers both individual and small group sessions (maximum of 4 persons per class). Pilates is used to help improve core stability, posture, strength and flexibility.
Our qualified massage therapist provides relaxation, remedial, deep tissue massage, reflexology and lymphatic drainage.
The whole body vibration platform helps improve strength, balance and circulation. Individual programs are designed for each client.
All of our physiotherapists and exercise physiologist are registered with all private health funds, medicare, workcover and veterans' affairs.
We provide convenient on the spot claiming of rebates and benefits for HICAPS registered health funds and medicare.
All workcover and veterans' affairs clients will have no out of pocket expenses for referred services.
We have flexible clinic opening hours from Monday to Friday.
