We offer vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, mat pilates and barre classes.
Our newly renovated studio is equipped with 2 studio rooms - one for yoga and yin, and the other for pilates and barre.
We also have male and female bathrooms both with showers.
We have mats for hire for $2 (free on your first visit), hand towels for hire for $1 and bath towels for hire for $2.
YOGA AND YIN
Our light and bright yoga room is spacious, the custom-built floor is supportive and on the altar you will find our dear friend Buddha as well as an assortment of candles.
PILATES AND BARRE
Our gorgeous pilates room also houses barre. We have all the bells and whistles including rings, balls, weights and thera-bands. This room stays cooler than the yoga room but don't worry, you're sure to still work up a sweat in our classes!
RECEPTION AND RETAIL
Make yourself at home in our reception area; read a magazine, sip on some free tea, and browse our great retail products before or after class. Have a shower after class before hopping on the train to work or meeting friends for a coffee.
Our beautiful studio is located above Grill'd on Carlisle Street, Balaclava (enter via our door at 2 William Street).
We are conveniently located being only a 30 second walk to both the Carlisle Street tram stop and Balaclava train station (Sandringham line).
There is free parking all around the studio, ranging from 1 hour to all day.
