Scoops Fitness & Health is a relaxed, fun and enjoyable centre where many people's lives change. We offer small group sessions ( you won't get lost in a large group situation), a timetable of 30+ sessions to choose from. Starting from 5.15am! We have a variety of groups lead by experienced professional coaches. Choose from HiIT, Pilates, Pilates Barre, SpinOut, Strength and Functional sessions. Great way to achieve your goals. Be inspired and inspire others, these groups are capped 6ppl.
We have some amazing Personal Trainers that you can do one/one or two/one or you can have more people , discussed with your trainer. Personal Training is specialised to the individuals needs and goals.
Whatever training you choose we promise you will finish your session high on life feeling empowered.
