Adapt Pilates offers classes in a tranquil, peaceful and private setting their Langwarrin studio. Classes also provided at Mt Eliza and other locations on the Mornington Peninsula. Outstanding, personalized sessions that are adaptable to client's personal needs. Adapt Pilates classes are perfect for those recovering from childbirth, those returning to exercise after a break, those recovering from injury or pathologies, those interested in injury prevention, those wishing to intensify thier current fitness regime and those interested in leading a strong and healthy life. Both general Mat classes and small group (1:2 - personalized) classes are available. Hours of operation are flexible to client's needs. When other Pilates studio's have closed thier door for the night we are still open (8 - 10pm), perfect for those who work late, shift workers or family people who wish to settle children down for the night before enbarking on a class that guarantee's a great night's sleep afterwards!

I have had client's with outstanding success with conditions such as disc patholgies such as disc bulges, facet joint problems, hip replacements, spondylolisthesis, pelvic stability, rotator cuff patholgies and more.
All client's begin with an Initial consulatation. During this session you will learn the correct breathing technique, neutral spine (correct alignment), how to draw on the deep core muscles and discussion of your current and past state of health and your personal goals for the future with Pilates. I then move into an individualised program where you, the client learn stabilisation exercies at a beginners level and progress according to your needs and ability.
