Pilates Wellbeing and Fitness
Personal Pilates and Fitness Training, (3 clients maximum). All aspects of health and fitness, from improving your health and fitness levels to excelling in your sport, or you simply may need to develop more strength, or concentrate on stretching, releasing tight muscles and mobilising your body even more.
I also offer one to one Pilates, specifically aimed for your needs. You may have health conditions that I can help to improve or alleviate through Pilates exercises and stretches, including rehabilitation and guidance with mild spinal conditions, or general practice, great for those recovering from injury or moving on from a physiotherapist and would like specific, prescribed exercises to help you move forwards.
I have been involved in this wonderful work for over 26years, specialising in your Wellbeing and Fitness, determining to produce the right pathway for you, which I have managed to do very successfully for my clients.
