Many people think that they need to be flexible and strong to begin Pilates and Yoga, but that is a little bit like thinking that you need to be able to play tennis in order to take tennis lessons. Come as you are and you will find that Pilates and Yoga will help you become more flexible and that your core stability and core strength will naturally improve.
If you are brand new, or a little rusty, we recommend you start with our Beginners Course. It's pretty fantastic, if we do say so ourselves! We provide two instructors and only take a maximum of 12 participants in each course. The course provides a slower pace, deeper knowledge and more hands on attention so you can maximise the benefits of starting a body-mind exercise program. You will be introduced to Pilates, Yoga, TRX and Barre.
If you already have some movement experience or are just super eager to get started, then purchase our Intro Offer for New Students; $99 for 30 days of unlimited classes. This is the best way to really get a feel for our studio, meet our instructors and discover which classes you love best.
Many of our instructors are teacher trainers, that is they are mentors or lecturers for those studying to become instructors themselves. You will discover for yourself the difference when you are being taught by some of the most experienced and passionate instructors in the industry.
