Ensuring that you have a Pool or Spa that is COMPLIANT with the NEW Legislation is now a serious business in Queensland and fines of up to $16,500 can apply for Non Compliance for individuals and even more for companies (a whooping $82,500). The latest round of pool fence legislation came into effect on 1st December 2010.
