That support continues through installation & delivery preparation, the spa setup, water balancing advice and ongoing spa maintenance for years. All the staff at The Spa Factory Hallam enjoy seeing our clients happy and in our showroom we aim to create a family friendly environment where the kids are free to play, leaving the parents able to ask as many questions as they need in order to work out the best spa solution for them. You won't find any pushy sales people at The Spa Factory Hallam. We are a small family owned and ran business with large spa branded companies supporting us. We've sold thousands of spas over 20 years experience combined. Customers have been coming to our location on Corner Princess Hwy & Hallam South Rd for Spa related products and advice for over 25 years and we plan to be here another 20.
