We offer a loving, nurturing environment for 3-6 year olds. Our comprehensive program
nourishes and supports the healthy unfolding of our children?s faculties; head, heart and hands.
Story-telling forms a vital component of our program. It develops rich literacy skills and pure imaginative capacities which are precursors to lateral thinking and problem solving skills in later life.
Our children learn though cooking, French, German, organic gardening, painting, sharing tools, seasonal crafts and self-directed play.
Working with daily, weekly and seasonal rhythms enables children to understand their environment and be sensitive to the world around them. Strong and healthy rhythms and routine develop balance, focus and security for the child.
We operate weekdays during the school term.
Fees include organic morning tea and all
materials.
We welcome all families, including home-schooled children.
We are in the process of becoming a registered Steiner⁄Waldorf school and will offer a primary curriculum from 2017.
We also hold playgroups for 0-4 year olds.
