Eastblock as your Vendors Advocate, will act as your advocate throughout the entire sales process, and its at no additional cost to your normal selling fees, we get paid out of the selling agents commission?.
What we will do for you:
- Arrange for independent valuation of your property and interview the best real estate agents on your behalf.
- Provide agent's submissions to you in regard to price, commission, marketing strategy and assist you to make the right decision on which real estate agent is best for you.
- Engage the agent of your choice on your behalf, therefore you always retain control.
- Work alongside that agent during the selling campaign making sure, on your behalf, that the marketing and advertising are right, the costs are crystal clear and under control, and the agent does everything they say they will do.
- Enter into final negotiations with the purchasers to ensure you obtain the highest possible price. If you choose an auction we will be there at your side ensuring all the right decisions are made in an atmosphere of calm.
