MB Town Planning assists its clients to navigate the development approval process to achieve their goals.
MB Town Planning also assists its clients to identify the potential of their property in relation to the relevant town planning controls.
When one of MB Town Planning's clients has a specific development project that it wants to carry out, the services provided will depend upon the amount of design development that has already been carried out.
If the design development is at the early stages, MB Town Planning will, upon request, undertake a review of the site constraints and opportunities, in relation to legal controls (eg easements etc), town planning controls (eg zoning), strategic considerations (eg what developments are going to occur around the site) and physical features (eg slope, vegetation etc).
Once the site constraints and opportunities have been identified, MB Town Planning will identify options, including sketches if required. MB Town Planning will the discuss those options with the client and help them with their decision-making.
Once a decision is made, MB Town Planning can assist the client with the design and preparation of all of the required documents.
MB Town Planning will, at this stage, prepare a draft Statement of Environmental Effects or other town planning report as required, and will assist with consultation with stakeholders and the consent authority.
MB Town Planning will then assist with lodging the final documentation and, once the application is submitted, will liaise with the consent authority.
Once approval is obtained, MB Town Planning can assist with any issues that arise post-consent.
