Lambert Capital can assist with sourcing debt and equity funding for all property-related transactions.
This can mean up to "100%" of property development and/or investment finance for developers, via:
- Senior debt;
- Mezzanine debt;
- Preferred equity; and
- Equity / Joint Venture positions
We can provide property developers with any combination of finance required for suitable projects. This includes providing senior debt on a project up to 80% loan to cost, providing mezzanine debt up to 90% loan to cost and even providing 100% of the equity funding required in some cases.
Providing construction finance of up to 100% of the development project cost permits the developer to earn a greater return on capital by proceeding with more projects than they would otherwise have been able to do so.
Project funding would usually be between $1M and $50M, and tend to focus on the residential and retail areas, with some mix use sites incorporating office and/or bulky goods style properties.
