I am committed to providing respectful, individualised and effective therapy that is guided by the ethical code. I?m a registered Clinical Psychologist specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Schema Therapy.
My practice integrates these main models including practical solution-focused and mindfulness-based approaches which ensure that you see positive results whilst also addressing underlying issues that ensure long lasting change.

Psychological Counselling
I use a holistic approach which focuses primarily on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) and Schema Therapy.
I also incorporate other models such as Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Narrative Therapy interventions. What this means is that I use paradigms that shift your thinking, mood and behaviours towards goals that are future orientated. It comes from a framework of an optimistic standpoint, rather than focusing on problems of the past that leaves you feeling stuck.
Walk 'N' Talk Sessions
The benefits of exercise and physical activity to improve mood has been well documented.
Being outdoors in the sunshine gives you Vitamin D; exercise releases endorphins, brisk walking and fresh air improves circulation of oxygen around your mind and body. Part of one?s therapeutic journey to change includes the addition of positive lifestyle habits which create energy and motivation.
