I am an experienced Psychologist with Masters and Doctoral degrees in Psychology and many years of clinical practice. My colleagues and I focus on addressing the blocks and challenges you describe and assisting you to access skills for good psychological health. Our goal is that, by the end of treatment, you will have a good understanding of how to maintain your achievements yourself.
I have worked with all Self esteem and depression,self-harm, serious trauma and interpersonal violence. My lens for therapy is seeing people as innately functional and psychological wellbeing as a critical component for the maintenance of happiness and good health functioning.
