Sometimes life goes really well, but at other times it can be challenging. Often we manage these challenges with support from friends and family. At other times we may prefer to seek professional support from someone who is trained to help; someone who can be objective and non-judgemental; someone outside of your normal social network; someone who has your best interests at heart; someone who is willing to listen and give you the time you need to find a way through your difficulties.
