Holt Bolt Kids is an obstacle course for Kids of primary school age performed in a safe and fun environment. The course is 500m long (2 laps for years 4-6) and incorporates giant inflatable obstacles, more traditional obstacles and games. It encourages team work and co-operation and aims to develop co-ordination, spatial awareness and basic motor skills. The school-based HB Kids program places emphasis on completion not competition and students who are waiting to complete the course will be involved in fun teamwork activities.
Holt Bolt Kids is traveling throughout SE Qld with the aim to be state wide by 2016. The HB Kids team would love to visit your school one afternoon during their visit to your local area.Ã??Ã? Each participant receives a HB Kids dog tag and may register in the HB Kids Club to win some great prizes.Ã??Ã?Â
On the Saturday at the end of the period between School areas there will be a HB Kids Race held.Ã??Ã? This will be a two lap competitive race for those Kids wanting to clock fast times and put their names up on our leader board.Ã??Ã? We will be promoting this race extensively and encouraging all those Kids who have participated in the School completion-based program to attend.Ã??Ã? Those schools who have participated in the school based HB Kids program will be invited to have a presence and set up fundraising stalls.Ã??Ã?Â
