BayCity Gold Radio is a radio station located in Hervey Bay, Queensland, Australia
Due to the large population of retires in the area there is a need for a Classic Gold/Retro/Vintage type format of music & news for the more mature audience.
To this end BayCity Gold hopes to provide programming of 40's to the 70's music, comedy, local news & events.
We have 2 broadcast licenses on the FM band.
The first one covers the Booral & Turtle Cove area of Hervey Bay on 87.8 FM & our second license covers the River Heads area on 88.0 FM
We are undertaking this project solely as individuals - it's not to return dividends to Shareholders
