RMS Services is family owned and operated multi-trade business servicing the Hunter Valley and Port Stephens. Originally starting as an air conditioning and refrigeration company in Muswellbrook 35 years ago, we now have a highly skilled team of refrigeration mechanics, electricians, plumbers and carpenters, making us a one-stop-shop for all of your trade needs.
Through our 35 years of operation, we have grown to a staff of more than 40 and are proud to announce the opening of our second premises in Farrier Place, Rutherford. Our growth has given the capability to take on almost any job, whether it be domestic, industrial or commercial. We offer 24 hour emergency callout services and have situated all over the Hunter Valley to service the region.
RMS Services have taken the time to build long lasting relationships with trusted suppliers and manufacturers to ensure that we can provide quality products at competitive prices. Some of our suppliers for air conditioning include Temperzone, Hitachi and LG. We also stock hot water systems from well-known manufacturers such as Rheem, Sanden and Stiebel Eltron. One thing we pride ourselves on is 'servicing what we sell', and have become registered service and warranty agents for all of these manufacturers, along with many more. This means that our staff are highly trained to supply, install and service most air conditioning and hot water products on the market.
Our services aren't limited to air conditioning and hot water however. We also offer a wide range of other services including the sale, service and hire of cool rooms, ice machines and chillers, electrical contracting, all plumbing services, scheduled and preventative maintenance and carpentry work.
