Menu's are changed out regularly to ensure variety and the opportunity to sample some of our chefs creations. Choose to dine off our normal menu or make an evening and dining experience out of it on a Friday or Saturday night and dine off our specially designed Degustation menu. The choices are seriously mouthwatering.

7.00am - 10.00am Saturdays
8:00am - 11:00am Sundays
Dinner: 6.00pm - late Monday to Sunday

Monthly Entertainment features the last Friday of each month in the Remington Restaurant. Great acoustic artists entertain between 6.00pm and 10.oopm on these nights, themed menus are showcased regularly on these nights and ensure for a night of great fun, food and matched wines.
