Potager restaurant is located on our small 10 acre farm in the beautiful setting of Carool, just 15 mins from the Gold Coast Airport.
We're all about giving people great food that is primarily locally sourced. We don't grow everything we serve but we serve everything that we grow. Wherever possible we serve organic produce and grass fed meats.
We're about providing people with a relaxed dining experience and we strive to deliver excellent service.
Most importantly, we want people to enjoy themselves and have a great time.
Our doors are open Friday and Saturday lunch and dinner and Sunday brunch then lunch. Whilst you'll find our menu on the site changing regularly, you won't find a menu for our brunch sitting, rather it will be whatever inspires Gareth that day. You can be sure it will be delicious though.
Gareth has years of cooking experience gained here and overseas, Pete has years of experience eating in restaurants and having a good time and in between that headed up marketing for some big companies. So between the two of us, we're planning on creating something special here.
We're also passionate about supporting locals. You'll see that our tables are made by our friends here in Carool at Lobo workshop and our plates are made by the lovely people at Murwillumbah Potters. If you like what you see, I?m sure they'll look after you just tell them Potager sent you!
