The bases are hand tossed, using high-protein flour, making a firm, strong dough, ideal for thin-crust pizza.
Head pizza chef, Simone Zullo, has recently arrived from Naples, where he is a member of the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletane (True Neapolitan Pizza Association), which sets specific principles that must be followed for an authentic Neapolitan pizza.
3 Addictions follows these principles, keeping the oven above 400 degrees and hand kneading the bases so they don't exceed one-third of a centimetre in thickness at the centre.
