Four thousand years ago, in a mountainside village high in Northern India, a Harappan Indian man put the finishing touches on his clay oven. He wasn't aware then that all these years later, the centre of true Indian cuisine would remain the Tandoor cooking process.
Succulent meats, tasty morsels, elegantly combined spice combinations... these were the traditions which began in Northern India. They became such a part of the fabric of our culture that despite the changes wrought upon India through history, our love of fine food has remained central to who we are and how we enjoy ourselves.
Both the Indian Brothers are actively involved in the running of all our restaurants. They can be seen in the kitchen testing spice combinations and often cooking the meals which are served. Guests will always receive a friendly hello when they are on deck. That hands-on approach is the backbone of our success as a business. From humble beginnings, our chain of restaurants now serves hundreds of thousands of meals each year.
