Located in (not so) sleepy Palmwoods, Qld this diner is modelled along the lines of the "Happy Days" Diners. Frequented by a lot of travellers on their way up the winding roads toward the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, 'Ricks Diner' has become a bit of a tradition / institution for most of them. Aside from atmosphere, the accent is certainly on burgers and coffee and these are two things the staff certainly ace. In fact the internal roof is dedicated to those who have thoroughly enjoyed their 'Big One' burger and write about either their accomplishments achieving the task of eating it or their best attempt.
