The Restaurant features a seasonal and innovative menu of Modern Australian with French influences. The dining is meticulously restored and showcases antique furnishings and original artworks. Also well known for our extensive wine list, Chloe's has stocked rare and vintage Australian and European wines over a 30 year period.
