It does not venture into dumplings but it covers much of the rest of the range, with soft and subtle steamed dishes to sizzling hot plates and hot pots and spicy and chilli-hot dishes.The menu has the usual alarming array of dishes on offer, whether it be the 132 choices, or the fish lips, ducks feet and shark fins.The food can be soft and enveloping, like the buddha vegetarian hot pot, or provide challenging textures and tastes, such as the soft shell crab special. Favourite dishes are salt and pepper squid and seasonal vegetables.
