If you love Ladro in Fitzroy then you are going to feel right at home at this latest venture by Rita Macali, famous for her superb pizza's, and husband Giovanni Patane whose front of house service is spot on. A-ah the pizza - thin crusted, simple but flavoursome toppings - delicious! Favourites include the GTV 105 - tomato base, grilled eggplant. oozingly good mozzarella, pesto and anchovies and the popular Strada Nova pizza- mozzarella, gorgonzola, pancetta and basil. A half litre carafe of well priced wine is the perfect complement to the superb food.
