Cheung Kong Tang, head chef of the South Yarra based 'Pacific Seafood BBQ House', knows a thing or two about how to raise and cook a crab. Deliciously fresh seafood (straight from the tank) is prepared for you while you lap up the atmosphere of this well lit establishment, decorated with brass etched with images of ocean creatures and carpet so blue you'd swear it was the Pacific itself.
The menu is constantly changing based on what fresh produce is available, but you must try the barbecued crab. Served with thick noodles, in a deliciously rich sauce. If you're in the mood for something that was never able to breathe underwater, the peking duck crepes are to die for.
