It is our focus to provide the 3 Ps: value for money (Price), an excellent service (Personality), and create beautiful and tasty dishes (Product). We believe that these are the key components a restaurant, or any business for that matter, should be based on.
The name itself means 'cave' and the theme throughout our 110 seater restaurant sets the scene of pre-historic times, symbols, animals, fire, spears, the lot. Its a very cool place indeed ... quite literally-speaking, particularly in the height of our Perth summers. Deep down in the cave we have a constant coolness (in addition to a new high tech air conditioning system, that draws in new air and extracts stale air).
So ... what does one do with numerous 2 seater, 4 seater, 6 seater tables, a private 25 seater function room, and plenty of bar counter seats? (yes, bar counter seats, a 7m long bar specifically manufactured and designed for dining)? It's simple. We serve a unique carvery lunch from 11:30am to 3pm every week day, capturing that South American flavour, and from 3pm til late we serve a wide range of truly mouth-watering tapas dishes from Europe, Brazil, and across South America. Two 5 skewer rotisseries are currently making their way direct from South America as we speak. These two beauties will be mounted on the wall behind the bar, and one can relax at the bar, and watch our staff create our signature dish, Picanha, right before your eyes. If you ever met a Brazilian they would educate you that Picanha is the most tender part of the rump, and there are two golden rules: 1. Never serve it well done, and 2. Always serve it with a beer (you gota love the Brazilians!).
