Our 6 Stage Roof Restoration Process
-First we replace any damaged or broken tiles and capping.
-Next we use high pressure water to water blast all the dirt and build up on the roof tiles. This is done at 4,000 psi to ensure we get the most thorough clean possible.
-Next we repair any damage ridge capping motar otherwise known as bedding. This is a two part process in which we remove the ridge caps, we then re-bed the capping. Once the bedding is dry we use a flexible cement adhesive to coat the bedding to ensure maximum strength.
-Once the flexi point is dry it's time for the first stage of our 3 roof paint coating system. The first coat is a sealer which helps our coloured membrane bond to the roof tiles.
-Then we cover the entire roof with our first coloured membrane coat, using Dulux AcraTex
-Step five is the final coat.
-Once everything is dry we do a thorough inspection of the roof, this gives us an opportunity to hand paint any other small areas, we do this to ensure a perfect job, every time. Your satisfaction is our number one priority.
