COFFS COAST PHYSIE is Coffs Harbour's number one physical culture school. Girls and ladies from 3 to 93 are invited to join us for fun and fitness. We are proudly affiliated with the BJP school of physie which has more than 120 years of experience teaching girls good posture, strength, balance, flexibility, coordination and discipline.
Not only do our members have a lot of fun but they build their confidence and self esteem while creating a positive body image.
COFFS COAST PHYSIE is the start of something special for those who love physie and dance in Coffs Harbour. A friendly and supportive club, a positive atmosphere, a dedicated team of teachers and a whole lot of fun is what you can expect from us in 2012.
Physie is also one of the most affordable sports around. Lessons cost between $4-$6 depending on your age group. There are no expensive costumes or equipment to buy just one leotard for those who choose to compete.
