I am totally passionate about sound, piano performance and music education. Having obtained a LMusA (Licentiate Diploma) from AMEB in 2004, I teach all grades up to Grade 8, and I help students prepare for Eisteddfods and competitions. I also teach piano for leisure. Many of my students have achieved outstanding results (several Distinctions and High Distinctions) in the 2016 and 2017 AMEB exams. I work with other musicians on a regular basis, and I always encourage / create opportunities for my students to collaborate with other musicians, so that playing music can be a fun and interesting experience. I also advocate the use of duet material for students in order to develop ensemble skills. Lesson fee is $25 per half hour. Lessons are either in my home or yours. If I travel to a student a $15 surcharge applies (i.e. half hour lesson $40, one hour $65).
