Hume Grammar offers a high quality Christian education from Prep to Year 12 with students being provided an environment where they may achieve academic excellence. As an Anglican School we are bound by strong values and have high expectations of all in our community.
We have an open enrolment policy and welcome students from all denominations and faith backgrounds, as well as children from families with no particular religious commitment. We believe that an education which Hume offers should be accessible to all who wish to enjoy its benefits. As such, fees are consciously set to be as affordable as practicable to meet the needs of families. You will see that we are growing each year and the School always has a number of capital developments underway. As we flourish, we continue to introduce more facilities in the playground, in the teaching space and to support our specialist programs.
Hume is a progressive school, not just in the development of buildings and grounds, but also in innovative thinking and advancements in our approach to teaching and learning. This is led by a group of dedicated and expert teachers who practice their craft with skill, and by building the strongest of relationships with our students. It by no means by chance that we have young people who readily display warmth, humour and respect for one another and their teachers.
Hume Anglican Grammar was originally established off Craigieburn Road in 2008 before moving to a temporary location in Sunbury on the campus of Victoria University. In Term 2 2011, the school opened its doors on the current site; so we now celebrate our 6th anniversary on Mount Ridley.
2017 is our tenth year of educating young people as we continue to work towards delivering a holistic, values-based, high quality schooling driven by professional and dedicated staff, at an accessible cost to our community.
