Steve Savvas Kotzikas and family were formerly at Plaza Seafoods in Albert Ave Broadbeach from the early 1980's till 2001 Savvas not only get fresh local seafood daily, have traditional fish and chips, battered, crumbed or grilled and make great burgers, there is also a gluten free option (coeliac friendly) which is cooked in a seperate fryer using a delicious, light 100% gluten free batter which has been 2 years in developing and perfecting. Proud to be the first on the Gold Coast. Nearly everything on the menu can be cooked gluten free, from the fresh fish in the display window to the calamari rings. Everything is made fresh to order.
