This beachfront holiday home is located on the south coast of Kangaroo Island. It features large windows looking out to the sea, and is situated amongst nine hectares of native bushland with flora and fauna. This establishment can accommodate up to 11 people and is very quiet and peaceful. Guests can feed the Blue Wrens and magpies, wallabies and possums that come up to be fed at night. Adjacent to Cape Gantheum Conservation Park, a great place for fishing, swimming, surfing, hiking, bird watching, viewing wildflowers as well as having an off beach small boat launch. The beach house has recently been renovated to include a large bathroom with laundry, new kitchen and tiling on the floors in these new areas and reverse cyle air conditioning. An outdoor setting, covered patio and barbecue area are ideal for enjoying the outdoor area and sea views. Winter campfires are permitted and whales can be seen from the propety during winter.
