The Eaglehawk Neck Beach House is a self-contained, coastal holiday house in southeast Tasmania. The house is located on a half-acre, beachfront property on the Tasman Peninsula. The two-bedroom house has a fully-equipped kitchen, separate living room, dining room and laundry.Pet Friendly , Large fenced back area. Local activities include coastal walks, bush walks, cruises and boating, scuba diving, fishing, and forest drives. There are a number of spectacular coastal rock formations in the area, including the Tessellated Pavement, Tasman Arch, Devils Kitchen and the Blowhole. The Tasman Peninsula also has a rich convict history and the Port Arthur Historic Site is a 20-km drive south of Eaglehawk Neck. Eaglehawk Neck is a 100 meter-wide isthmus connecting the Forestier and Tasman Peninsulas. The site of a military settlement in the 1830s, it was also the location of the infamous Dog Line �???�???�???�??�?�¢�???�????�???�???? a chain of aggressive dogs tethered from one side of the Neck to the other to prevent convict escape.
