Welcome! My name is Chloe Regan. I am a Semi-permanent Makeup Artist, located on the Sunshine Coast QLD.
I have worked in the Beauty and Aesthetics industry for over a decade and I am delighted to add Semi-permanent makeup to my rapport.
​Naturally I found myself falling into Cosmetic Tattooing, due to my artistic flair, finishing top of my class as an art student and attending advanced art classes.
​I believe as an artist, natural talent is a must to perfect the art of Cosmetic Tattooing.
​I attended the most in-depth, prestigious, one on one training available, completing my traineeship with renowned award winning Cosmetic Tattoo Artist, Tina Hammond. Gaining a Nationally Recognised Qualification in the art of Cosmetic Tattooing acquiring skills in the most advanced techniques for application of eyebrows, eyeliner and lip colour.
