We made fresh pasta daily with the finest products and ingredients. All our ingredients are personally selected, and meticulously prepared to ensure freshness and quality. Some of or specialties are: ravioli's, sorrentino, lasagne, canneloni, plain pasta, sauces and more. We manufacture and sell fresh pasta also do take away and catering.
MARIA and Louis Ierfino have an Italian background and a love of pasta, although they came to Australia from Argentina, where they had a family pasta business. The Ierfinos believe that truly good pasta has to have the freshest and finest ingredients and be made fresh every day. With this in mind they have launched Pasta One in Northmead, where fresh vegetables from the markets and other quality ingredients are combined to make a huge range of pastas, sauces and fillings.
The pasta and sauces can be bought cold to be cooked at home or as take-away, hot and freshly cooked from the kitchen. Maria said everything Is cooked in their kitchen with no big machines and a lot done by hand. There are no artificial flavours or colours. "It is all fresh and healthy fillings. It is good for kids and everyone,â??she said.
The pasta includes fettuccini, sorrentino, tallarin, tortellini, cannelloni, lasagne, ravioli, spiral, penne, gnocchi, lily, shell and spaghetti. The ravioli includes fillings of beef, ricotta and spinach, ricotta and walnut, pumpkin and chicken.
