Eliana is a Brisbane-based Psychologist in the clinical area. She specialises in treatment of adolescents, couples therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, and in the treatment of eating disorders.
Eliana has worked with individuals in the area of consultation liaison psychiatry, adult mental health and in the alcohol and drug field. She is experienced with treating depression, anxiety, relationship problems, trauma, eating disorders and addictions for child, adolescent, adult and older adult populations. Eliana has an interest in child and adolescent psychology and couples therapy. She was also co-facilitator of a dialectical behaviour therapy group for 18-25 year olds at New Farm Clinic.
She is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia (PBA) and was President of the Australian Association of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Queensland (AACBT QLD). She is also an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Eliana has delivered workshops about CBT and mindfulness, has guest lectured for QUT and Griffith University, and she is currently completing her PhD in Clinical Psychology at Griffith University.
