W.H.I.I.P. Incorporated is a not for profit association created to offer education and recreation opportunities, for people with disabilities. W.H.I.I.P "With Help Independence Is Possible" signifies the Goals, Objectives and Strategies of the organisation; W.H.I.I.P. aims to facilitate the attainment of independence. While some people will unfortunately never be able to live independently all people have small goals of independence. Whether these goals incorporate independence in: daily skills including toileting and personal hygiene or have a basis in academia; independence is possible.
