The Power Plate uses the principles of Acceleration Training to stimulate the body's natural response to vibration. The vibrations that the Power Plate produces, transmit waves of energy throughout the body causing the muscles to contract in a natural stretch reflex 30 to 50 times per second. Due to this intensity it means that a full body work-out can be completed in as little as 15 minutes and results can be seen in a third of the time compared to conventional exercise.
A static or dynamic pose, held for up to 60 seconds at a time, activates multiple muscle groups simultaneously increasing metabolism, muscle tone and strength and bone density.
