FITCLUB is a community based lifestyle, nutrition and fitness program that takes a holistic approach to wellness. At FITCLUB we combine metabolic workout, strength training, personalized nutritional intake, ongoing coaching and regular body composition testing in order to get optimum results for the local community.
Each FITCLUB session works as follows:
Each session starts with a workout with out Certificate IV trainers combining cardio, boxing and body weight drills. And if you though that exercise wasn?t fun, then you have never been to FITCLUB! Designed so that people of all ages and fitness levels can participate, our trainers will work closely with you to improve your fitness and health.
Exercise is just part of FITCLUB. Consistent with our holistic approach to health and wellbeing, we do a recovery session after each exercise program to refuel the body. The FITCLUB healthy breakfast consists of a cleansing aloe drink, followed by a herbal energy tea, and finally a protein and nutritional shake that combines all of the minerals and nutrients to fuel your body.
Every member gets a personal wellness coach who gives you a FREE wellness evaluation on your first visit, and follows your progress through fortnightly evaluations.
At FITCLUB we are so passionate about what we do, that we allow you to try a full session, including the healthy breakfast and wellness evaluation FREE before deciding whether to become a member. Just obtain a FREE invitation, check the times and locations and present your invitation at your session of choice.
If you decide to become a FITCLUB member you will pay only $7.95 per session, which includes the workout and the healthy breakfast. Not much more than a cup of coffee!
