Drawing from thousands of hours teaching the technical skills of Kayaking
and Canoeing and adapting these experiences to this new paddle sport, Stand
up paddling, your instructors will have you mastering the basics in no time.
Beginner lessons are of 2 hours duration and are conducted weekly.
In this introductory lesson you will be given a full safety brief and then on the
beach session including correct paddle grip and technique, correct board
selection and self rescue. Then we hit the water, kneeling first and then
Standing up on the board. Turning around with both the wide and pivot turn
and then off we go to put all these skills into practice.

Hire: Equipment is available for hire seven days a week. Call WindSup for times and use. Bookings essential.

Beach. Times: Monday evenings, 5:30pm at West Lakes and Sat mornings 9:00am.
