Specialising in babies from 6 months through the Learn to Swim Levels with our specially designed Water Babies Classes and Top 10 Program.
Our Learn to Swim Program also allows juniors to join North Shore Fusion Swim Club and also Free Radical Tribe Family Triathlon Club who also train at the Centre.
Adults can join the Masters Swim Club or enjoy their own lap swimming in the 50m Pool.
Aqua Aerobics which is High Energy, Low Impact is run throughout the year as are specialised Maternity Aqua Classes for expectant mothers who want to stretch, relax, relieve pain and be strong.
Local physiotherapists also use the heated pool for rehabilitation sessions.
