Retro Cafe is home to 20 famous burgers. There is a newly renovated Retro Dining Area for your convenience. We offer a clean, tidy, comfortable and friendly environment. You can sit at the counter and watch while one of over 20 famous Retro Burgers are beig made or watch a fresh piece of flake being dusted with flour and dipped in a Special Retro Thin and Cripsy Batter and cooked to perfection. We are endeavouring to create the 70's style milkbar atmosphere. The whole concept is to give all ages a taste of the past. At Retro Cafe, we do everything from sit down breakfast lunch or dinner, hot food available for takeaway or freshly cooked while you wait all whilst listening to the music from the Jukebox. If you have 5 minutes we would prefer to cook all our food fresh so you can taste it at it's best. However we do provide a ready to go takeaway in different varieties. Retro Cafe will soon be adding the exciting Cookies Chicken outlet for Ulverstone. Cookies Chicken is a Tasmanian creation owned and operated. Cookies Chicken is taking Australia by storm, due to it being a pure fresh breast chicken product. This succulant product includes burgers, salads, rolls, wraps, kebabs, strips, poppets etc. There is 3 famous flavours Hot N Spicy, Mild and Traditional. We are sure one of these 3 will capture your taste. Retro Cafe is not only a fast food business, we are also a sub newsagent with local and Melbourne papers and weekly magazines. We also have the convenience of milk, bread and other convenient items. We do great milkshakes, the old style spider, great Tasman Coffee sourced locally, great range of ice creams, lollies, chocolates, chips and a full range of cold drinks.
