Phil has spent years perfecting his family's batter recipe to produce a crispy fried fish.
Specialising in fresh fish Phil has Barramundi, Snapper, Blue Grenadier, Butterfish and Flake on display so you see exactly what he cooks.
His burgers are the way they should be ... with heaps of flavour and more then a mouth fill. The beef pattie is awesome and you have to try his Chicken burger with a crumbed chicken breast, bacon, cheese and aioli. Yum :)
If you are hunting for seriously crunchy chips you have to try some. His secret is the type of chip and the fresh oil he uses.
Speaking of oil, Phil only uses 100% vegetable oil. Most fish shops with combine a vegetable with animal oil so it last longer. Not Phil. He prefers to go through more oil to bring his customers crunchie chips.
