Melburn Made Ink is the realisation of a vision that was shared between two friends, Zayne Stoner and Andre Meunier, who wanted to start their own shop in the heart of Melbourne?s premier tattoo district, Chapel Street, Windsor.
After spending their early years experiencing tattoo culture through ground breaking studios in Melbourne, Zayne and Andre started talking about how they could do something bigger, better, and more interesting than anything else they?d ever seen.
It started as a casual conversation over lunch, but before long, they were talking serious business. They shared a common taste in style and a keen eye for artistic talent ? and before long, they?d landed on a new concept.
They wanted to create an original tattoo experience for discerning Melbourne customers. One that brought a selection of the most talented artists from around the country together, in an environment where artistic merit and creativity ruled.
So they settled into their Chapel Street digs in 2015, planted their roots, and gathered a strong group of loyal customers. Today, Melburn Made Ink is held in great esteem ? with a reputation for producing tattoos and artists that push boundaries and strive beyond the status quo.
