Vau d'vile is Melbourne's newest cabaret restaurant combining the art forms of drag, vaudeville and burlesque, but with a difference: all of the girls are boys.
At Vau d'vile, were bringing Melbournes most talented Drag Artists under one sparkling roof. Here you will be served in the most inappropriate of ways, as The Vixens grate or greet you upon arrival and glide you to either the bar or your seats. Then sit back, eat, drink and watch The Vixens strut their stuff in 6-inch heels.
The night includes a three-course meal and two fabulicious lip synching productions, showcasing Melbournes most popular Drag Artists. Meet voluptuous Bumpa Love, Isis Avis Loren, resident couturier Pashion Couture, sexy Sasha Star and ballerina Jemima Handful.
Your Maitre'd Vixen is the welcoming Bubbles International.
Each night you will be treated to two lavish lip synching shows. Order all libations at the bar from 6pm. Please be seated at your allocated table by 7pm for Vau d'vile Drag Cabaret. This is Vaudeville with a very manly twist! Meet our Voodoo Witch who will beguile you, and our identical Siamese Twins (even their tucks are identical!) Be ready to be read as Alexandria the Woman who Reads throws as much shade as she can and we're not talking the umbrella kind either, okaaay. This is the opening show each evening, with our costumes designed and handmade in-house with feathers from Europe, silk from India and fishnets from Kmart. No expense is spared in order to bring you Men in Feathers!
