The Semaphore Information and Eco Centre (SIEC) operates with the assistance from volunteers to enhance, educate and raise awareness to the local people, tourists and the broader community (including the Global Community) in the unique Tourism experiences, Sustainability initiatives and Community activities and lifestyle on the LeFevre Peninsula region.
