We take a leisurely walk with our tour guide through Brisbane's city centre, observing our history through sites of architecture, culture and ancient aboriginal sites and history. Along the way we learn about people and events that are connected to these places and how they have shaped the fabulous city of Brisbane.

Meet your tour guide at Brisbane's City Hall in King George Square and meander down Adelaide Street, through Brisbane Arcade discovering the pre-owned premises of the Mayne family and learn the tale of one of Brisbane's most horrific murders!
We visit Anzac Square, learn the origin of the Anzac cookie and remember the diggers that fought for Australia. Passing the GPO (the old female gaol!) we arrive and admire St Stephen's Cathedral, one of the first catholic churches built in Brisbane. Stopping on the river, we view the Story Bridge and discuss its history.
We take a rest and relax in the Botanical Gardens and meet the Bauple Tree and taste its treasure!
Heading towards Southbank, we admire Government House, the Queensland Club and Parliament House on to the old Commissariat Store where the first convict buildings were built along William Street in in 1825. Crossing the river over the Victoria Bridge we discover Southbank Parklands.
